Unlike traditional fitness coaching, I won’t hand you a strict workout plan or tell you exactly what to do in the gym. Instead, you’ll focus on the type of movement you genuinely enjoy — whether that’s yoga, Hyrox, weightlifting, running, or dancing.
My job is to help you stay consistent, even when motivation dips. Through daily contact, accountability, and mindset support, you’ll learn how to build habits that last for life.
