Our 6-week group coaching program combines the structure and expertise of 1:1 coaching with the added motivation and accountability of a team.
Here’s what you’ll get:
- Onboarding Call: Before we begin, you’ll have a group onboarding call with your coach to determine your ideal calorie range and protein targets, setting you up for success from day one.
- Daily check-ins (6 days a week): Stay accountable and on track with multiple small touch points each day to keep you focused and moving toward your goals. You’ll receive ongoing guidance, motivation, and feedback directly from your coach through our private WhatsApp group.
- Weekly group call with your coach: For that extra level of fat loss support, more in depth discussions on concerns, wobbles and worries
- A Supportive Community: Support from other like-minded women who share similar goals. You’ll gain extra accountability, encouragement, and the chance to build lasting relationships along the way.
