Unlike traditional fitness coaching, I won’t give you a workout plan or tell you what exercises to do. If you need help staying consistent with your workouts and nutrition, then Accountability Coaching would be perfect for you.
We will have an initial onboarding call to discuss goals and your plan. After that, we will have multiple check ins via WhatsApp at various points throughout the day, 6 days per week.
It is entirely up to the client, but I would recommend clients to stay with OnTrack coaching for 2 - 3 months.
If you have an injury or medical condition, please seek clearance from your Dr before applying. Workouts and walking are pre-requisites of the OnTrack coaching method so it is important you are able to safely take part.
No there won't be any specific requirements, clients can eat what ever foods they enjoy. However, if the goal is fatloss, clients must agree to adhere to a calorie deficit.
No, there will not be a workout plan provided. You will be free to do whichever exercise you enjoy. As part of the OnTrack method, you will be asked to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity 6 days per week. It is completely up to you what this looks like.
Both will be based on the OnTrack method of accountability coaching.
Group coaching will consist of a group of maximum 20 clients. Clients will have an initial onboarding call. From then on, coaching willl take place in a Whatsapp group chat. Group coaching works in 6 week cycles.
The membership will be open to more clients. It is hosted in a Whatapp community. The membership is a monthly subscription, with weekly checkins, mastermind calls, monthly challenges and access to That Accountability Club's suite of resources, including planners etc.
